My Go-To Meal When I Am Tired

 

My HOMEMADE GOULASH or Spaghetti

2 packs of ground beef or ground turkey

Tomato Paste

Tomato Sauce

Beef Broth

A fresh pack of elbow macaroni

Green Bell Pepper

First, I take my tomato sauce and paste and put it in a bowl. I seasoned my sauce with Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, black pepper, cilantro, and oregano.

I cut up small bits of green bell pepper. 

I cook down the ground beef/ground turkey and I throw the bell pepper in with it and season it with the seasonings above.

I turn on the noodles with a sprinkle of salt in the pot.

About twenty minutes later; I drain the meat of the grease and I put my tomato sauce in and out it on simmer to let the sauce cook down.

I make the noodles are al dente and drain the noodle water and add it to the sauce and meat and let it all simmer.

After a few minutes; it will be ready to eat.

*Add a roll or a salad and ENJOY!!
