My Normal Days. . .

I get up every morning at 5:30 a.m and give my son his medications and clean up my room(because some nights my daughter sleeps in my room with me and makes a mess) then I will straighten up the living room and clean the bathroom after the kids have used it to get ready then I will start breakfast around 5:45-6:00a.m.

As I cook breakfast; I have to make sure that they have made up their beds and straightened up their rooms but most of the time; it is not tidy. I cook breakfast for my mom and sister before they have to go to work. I always want to make sure that they get what they need so they can have a great day at work. I feel breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

At 6:40 a.m. every single morning; the first load of kids gets on the bus and multiple kisses and hugs are given they run to get on the bus and I watch them drive off.

Then, I go turn on the van and defrost the windows so I can get ready to take my mom to work.

I get my two youngest daughters dressed and ready to go and most of the time; my second youngest goes with me and then when I come back from taking her to work; I try to clean the kitchen from breakfast and catch some of my shows and get ready to take my sister to work.

After I drop my sister off; we come back to the house and finish up cleaning up the kids' rooms and putting out meat for dinner. My mom will call me and we will chat it up and I will continue cleaning until about 10 or 11. If it is a good day; I will not get a call from my son's teacher but around that time; I usually will get a call to come to pick him up because of his behavior.

Around 12; the girls will lie down and take a nap and I will try to squeeze one in if I'm not busy; studying or listening to music. I don't really watch TV unless it is a good movie I have found or one of the shows I watch on the regular.

1:30; I go pick up my sister and usually prepare her lunch or dinner and lie down until it is time to get my son and daughters off the bus. When they get off the bus; we do homework, bathtime, and studying.

I start cooking dinner at about 3 or 4 and let them eat at about 4:30-5:00 and until they watch Tv and play with their toys. I usually get on the road to get my mom and get back home to finish dinner. I get dinner handed out and eat dinner myself after cleaning the kitchen so it isn't much to do after eating.

Afterward, everything is clean and tidy; we find a movie to watch and eat snacks and enjoy the movie together.

About 7; it is time for medications and intense relaxation. About 8:30-9; everyone is pretty much sleepy or already asleep. I start sending them to bed and try to have some alone time but usually; it doesn't happen. My youngest child will want to watch "Bluey" and the other just wants to be in my room to go to sleep.

I am recently getting over insomnia and I really try to go to sleep before 11pm so I can wake up and do this all over again. Thanks for reading!!
