Freedom

I'm breaking free from the chains of selfless sacrifice. Tired of being the pillar of strength for everyone else, only to be left drained and unappreciated. I've learned that giving without boundaries is not love, but a recipe for resentment.

I once thought that constant giving made me indispensable, but now I see that it was a form of self-deception. People may have taken advantage of my kindness, but I won't be fooled again.

Today, I rise as a powerful bull, refusing to be ridden by those who don't respect my worth. I will set boundaries, prioritize my own needs, and demand reciprocity in relationships. My love and care are precious gifts, no longer to be taken for granted.

I am strong, but I am not a doormat. I am worthy of love, care, and respect , and I will fiercely protect my own well-being.
