 Hello.

How are you all doing?

I have been lying in bed today because yesterday; I used my legs too much and today; I am paying for it. It just feels good to stand up and move around more. My medicines are working... My glucose is staying normal now because my doctor stopped certain medications and less medicine is making a difference. My spasms are slowing down as well. 

The girls are doing good today. Everyone's attitude was great today because I let them sleep in until 10 am. I should do that more to help me get through this summer. 🤣

Jay called me yesterday because the people at his hospital told him that his whole family was dead and he told me that he only called to see if it was true. I told him that obviously it's not true and don’t listen to whoever said that.

I think that the staff told him to see if he would care or have empathy for the possible death of his family.(Granted they should have did something else). After I told him that he said love you and hung up. He didn’t call me today but I just called to check in on him and the nurse told me that he has beaten a child and they had to physically take him off of the child. (I have felt this pit in my stomach all day so I knew). The nurse also told me that she told him to take his night medications and he could make a call BUT he chose not to.

That hurts. 

It is what it is at the end of the day.

Tomorrow is the beginning of a new week and I hope next week is better for me.
