"Reflecting on this moment from November 2016...
Life was tough - we'd just overcome homelessness and were waiting to start anew in our first apartment. My Baby, D'Koda, had just arrived, and Jay was showing early signs of needing extra support.
Despite the exhaustion - physical and spiritual - this picture captures a moment of pure joy and resilience. My babies needed me, and that gave me the strength to keep going.
This photo holds so many emotions, but most of all, it reminds me of the unbreakable bond I share with my children and the determination to give them the best life possible.
