A Call From Jay

Just got a call from Jay and I'm still grinning from ear to ear. He was super excited to share about his day - caught his first fish πtoday while fishing at the pond and said he had to tell me before he went to bedπ. π I asked him if he was scared to touch the fish and he just laughed it off and said no. He's also been playing basketball and getting better with each game. π
What I love is that he wanted to share all this with me, even when he was tired. It's moments like these that make me feel so special and that I did raise him correctly. ❤️π©Ήπ
We're waiting on some packages to arrive with some essentials for him, and I'm counting down the days until I can visit. We've been doing therapy, and it's been really good to see him starting to take accountability for his actions but most importantly, he is focused on repairing our relationship. π€π«
Jay even told me about a dream he had where I visited, and I let him know it's gonna happen soon.π I miss him like crazy, but I'm proud of how far we've come. Being his mommy is the best job in the world, and I'm grateful for every moment we get together. ❤️π©Ή✨️

So proud of him❤️❤️❤️❤️more than one reason to keep on pushing
